Overview

eva QA is an internal beta for a smart money tracker. The beta is intended for testing with fake or sample financial data only. Please do not enter real bank credentials, card numbers, account passwords, national identity numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information.

Information We Collect

When you use the beta, eva may collect the information needed to run the app, including your test account details, session data, accounts you create in the app, categories, budgets, transfers, transactions, and messages you type into Eva chat for transaction preview.

Apple TestFlight may collect crash logs, device information, and feedback you submit through TestFlight. This helps us find bugs and improve the beta experience.

How We Use Information

We use beta data to operate eva QA, test core app flows, investigate bugs, improve parser accuracy, verify user isolation, and prepare the app for production readiness.

AI, Voice, and Receipt Scanning

AI, voice transcription, and receipt scanning are disabled for this QA beta unless a later beta release explicitly enables them. The deterministic parser still creates editable previews that require your confirmation before saving.

Service Providers

eva QA may use service providers such as Apple TestFlight, Expo/EAS, Vercel, Neon Postgres, and GitHub to build, host, test, and operate the beta. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell beta tester data. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the beta, or if required to comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Because this is an internal QA beta, test data may be reset, deleted, or replaced during development. Use fake data so resets do not affect anything important.

Your Choices

You can stop testing by deleting the app from your device or leaving the TestFlight beta. You can also request that beta test data be reviewed or deleted through the TestFlight feedback channel.
